Team4UA is launching a new project within the national TERA Consortium, in partnership with Integration Center NGO and Ptaha Ukraine NGO.
The project addresses critical gaps in the evacuation and accommodation of internally displaced persons (IDPs), focusing on the following areas:
- increasing the capacity of collective accommodation centers, including through the adaptation of spaces for inclusive reception;
- strengthening the capacity of local organizations and local authorities through targeted training;
- providing specialized protection services and individual case management.

The project is implemented in Lviv and Rivne regions. As of 2025, Lviv region has hosted over 212,000 IDPs, while Rivne region has received more than 43,000 IDPs.
Accommodation is a critical final stage of the evacuation process — especially for older people and persons with disabilities. This is why we focus on developing accessible and inclusive accommodation options. Thanks to our partner organizations, we are able to quickly identify the needs of IDPs and provide individual case support

Activity is implemented within the framework of the TERA Consortium with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
