Our story
Team4UA brings together humanitarian workers and former entrepreneurs with one mission – to develop innovative solutions supporting people affected by the war in Ukraine.
Founded in the aftermath of the full-scale invasion, Team4UA began as a volunteer initiative organizing evacuation buses and bringing humanitarian aid from Europe. It has since grown into a Ukrainian NGO with professional expertise and an innovative approach inspired by start-up ecosystems.
From emergency relief to long-term recovery, our programs focus on innovation, efficiency, and impact where it is needed most.
Everything started on the Polish border in the first days of the full-scale invasion. We saw thousands of people arriving with nothing but fear and uncertainty. That’s where we realized we needed to act – first with buses for evacuation, then with aid coming back from Europe. From that urgency, Team4UA was born.
