The “Team4UA” Charitable Foundation and the Dnipro City Council have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation outlining joint areas of work in humanitarian response, recovery, and support for the population of the Dnipro City Territorial Hromada.
The document establishes a framework for long-term cooperation aimed at coordinating efforts, exchanging information, and implementing joint initiatives to support people affected by the war.
As part of the partnership, the parties will work on:
- supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable population groups;
- implementing recovery projects and adapting social infrastructure in line with accessibility principles;
- developing psychosocial support programmes;
- by conducting explosive ordnance risk education (EORE)
- coordinating humanitarian response, exchanging information, and jointly planning activities to improve the effectiveness of humanitarian assistance.
The Memorandum also provides for cooperation in assessing community needs, strengthening the capacity of local authorities, and developing coordination mechanisms among all humanitarian response actors.
