In June 2026, the TERA Consortium, established by Team4UA Charitable Foundation, launched the EASE 2.0 project (Emergency Assistance and Support to Evacuation, Version 2.0).
The project covers 16 regions of Ukraine and combines evacuation, multipurpose cash assistance, protection services, psychosocial support, medical transportation, legal assistance, child protection, and emergency shelter rehabilitation. It is implemented by the TERA Consortium, whose members include The Tenth of April, Posmishka UA, and Goodwill Charitable Foundation. Project partners also include Mission Kharkiv and Philanthropy in Ukraine.
A key component of the project is not only the delivery of humanitarian assistance but also ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with international standards. As part of this component, Philanthropy in Ukraine has joined the project as a partner, providing expert support in the field of due diligence.
The organisation will strengthen the project’s analytical component, promote transparent processes, and enhance international partners’ confidence in the locally led humanitarian response by conducting due diligence (organisational capacity assessments) for 24 national non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
What does our collaboration include?
- International standards: Applying a standardised organisational capacity assessment methodology for 24 organisations that fully aligns with the requirements of global donors.
- Tailored recommendations: Preparing individual expert assessment reports with capacity-strengthening recommendations for each of the 24 assessed organisations.
