Recently, the activities of the Team4UA were featured in the book Building Homes for All by Canadian author Elaine Kachala. This work, intended for children aged 9 to 12, explores how modern technologies help address the global housing crisis and environmental challenges.
A dedicated chapter of the book focuses on Ukraine. The author details how Team4UA utilizes 3D printing technology to restore educational infrastructure, specifically highlighting the construction of Europe’s first 3D-printed school in Lviv.
The most valuable part of this material is a first-hand story shared by the Director of Team4UA Jean-Christophe Bonis. He recalls the reaction of children who witnessed the construction process:
“It was incredible to see the children’s excitement. They would come up and say: ‘I’m going to study here! My school is unique in the entire country.'”

For our team, it is important that this experience can serve as an example for readers in other countries. We want to demonstrate that innovation can be instrumental in reconstruction efforts right now, helping to return children to their studies as quickly as possible.
We would like to thank Elaine Kachala for highlighting our projects!
The book is available for order online, including on the Amazon platform.
