The TERA Consortium is launching the implementation of the “IMPACT” project

The TERA Consortium is launching the implementation of the “IMPACT” project (Immediate Multisectoral Priority Assistance for Conflict-affected Territories).

The TERA Consortium is a national alliance of Ukrainian non-governmental organizations providing comprehensive support to civilians from high-risk regions, led by the Charity Foundation “Team4UA”. Consortium members implementing this project include the Charity Fund “Posmishka UA”, NGO “The Tenth of April”, and the Charity Foundation “Goodwill”.

The aim of the project is to provide emergency assistance to people in 8 frontline regions of Ukraine (Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions). The activities are implemented through three main pillars:

Resilience – cash assistance for basic needs, food support, hygiene kits, as well as psychosocial support for people affected by the war who need assistance in restoring their daily lives.

Health – delivery of medical services through mobile clinics, primary and specialized healthcare, as well as support to healthcare facilities to ensure access to treatment in frontline areas.

Evacuation – organizing safe evacuation of people from frontline and high-risk areas using specialized transport and, where necessary, medical assistance.

Within the project, we aim to strengthen mobile clinics, healthcare facilities, and specialized medical assistance (CF “Alliance Public Health”, National Agency for Humanitarian Aid “ZDOROVI”, CF “Fortitude”), as well as evacuation services from frontline areas (NGO “Base UA”, NGO  “I Am Saved”, CF “Unity and Strength”, and NGO “Strong Because Free” NGO).
