The PSS team at Team4UA delivers psycho-social support sessions that help people cope with stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. These sessions combine practical exercises, open conversations about emotions, and training in self-support skills.
Our specialists work directly in communities across the Dnipropetrovsk region, including Kamianske, Samar, Petrykivka, Lychkove and others.

More than 606 people have already received support – teenagers, adults, and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
“In times of war, psycho-emotional support becomes critically important due to the widespread trauma among the population. However, the principles remain unchanged: validation, awareness-raising, practical skills, and seeking professional help. The key difference is the context of prolonged stress, immediate threats, and collective trauma,” shares PSS Officer, Vira Vyshnevetska.
In these conditions, it is especially important to notice your feelings and remember that support is available – free of charge. Our sessions help people stay grounded and maintain balance even in challenging circumstances.
Emotional well-being is the foundation of quality of life, productivity, and health. Acknowledging your feelings instead of ignoring them is the first step toward resilience. That’s why we continue to be here for those who need support. When necessary, our specialists also provide individual consultations after group sessions.
Activity is implemented within the framework of the TERA Consortium with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
